“I-I what!? I’m afraid I don’t understand! I don’t kill anyone!”
Rudolf shot up from his chair in their room, tearing through the Shadow’s realm and appearing in the garden. “Diana!? DIANA!?”
Genie materialized in her living room, shaking like a leaf. Silver tears fell and stained the chair in which she sat, huddled and sad. “I never meant to- I-I just wanted- And now he-… Oh, Viper… I’m so s-sorry.” She wept, her heart aching.
Genie tensed a little. She still wasn’t sure if she wanted to trust this man after what he’d done to Master Coffee. “You’re welcome. Think nothing of it.”
((It’s okay! You’re just fine, hun!))
“So you have wished it, so shall it be.”
She laughed a little. “No, of course not. I am Genie. It’s a pleasure to meet you, Mr. Phantom.”
“Yes. That is what I normally do. Unless they ask for me not to. Why?”
